Preschool

The Garden Montessori serves toddlers ages 18-36 months and preschoolers ages 3-4 years and is now enrolling for the 2018-19 school year. The Garden’s teachers are trained in the Montessori method and employ hands-on learning opportunities for children in a well-prepared environment. Music, yoga, gardening and Spanish are all a part of daily life for children enrolled at The Garden. The Garden has a wonderful reputation serving toddlers and preschoolers in Moore County for the past 5 years and will merge with Moore Montessori Community School this year to provide even better quality programming for more children in our area. We are excited to announce that Kindermusik with Ellen & Friends is welcoming a new teacher to our team! Kelli Garbett currently attends one of our studio classes as a parent, but she also has been a teacher for the last 4 years. She currently teaches for Moore County Schools and she has served as a counselor, music and dance director and consultant for the Autism Society of NC for over 10 years.
Kelli has just been accepted to Kindermusik University & has begun her Kindermusik training and will start teaching in January, first with the practicum portion of her training. She will teach a 4 week session beginning Monday, January 8th at 10:30. This class is for toddlers ages 1-2yrs and we are offering 5 spots for free for the first month. Since the space is so limited, we’ve decided to hold a contest for our current and past families to participate in to win a free month of Kindermusik! You will also get a 10% discount for the remainder of the semester tuition for participating in the practicum.

Thursday & Saturday Playtime Classes!
We’ve had a great deal of interest in our Thursday playtime classes and will also be offering Playtime on Saturdays at our Pinehurst location! Classes will be for ages 0-3 years and will be 30 minutes long, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Join us for the month of May or drop-in at your convenience!

Kindermusik Playtime at PlayEscape!
Thursdays at 10:30 beginning May 5th, our newest teacher, Ms. Laura will be offering a brand new Kindermusik class at PlayEscape in Southern Pines. Just seconds from our regular location, PlayEscape is an indoor play center with playground equipment, bounce houses and play areas for infants and toddlers. Kindermusik Playtime will be offered for children ages 0-3 years and their caregivers as a 30 minute class with all of the same benefits of our regular Kindermusik classes PLUS the bonus of 1/2 price admission to PlayEscape on the day of classes! So, join Ms. Laura for songs, stories, instrument play and exploration, and dancing and meet some new friends and then stay and eat lunch, grab coffee and enjoy the rest of your day at PlayEscape while your little ones enjoy the fun.
